Housekeeping Supervisor

Reference: HTH/HH

A proven track record within Housekeeping at senior supervisory level is essential as is the ability to recruit, train and manage the team. Controlling budgets and stock levels is an important part of the role

This position would be ideal for an existing Housekeeping Supervisor or an exceptional Room Attendant/Self checker who has management potential looking to make their next career move. We are looking for an individual who is customer-led and has excellent team, leadership and communication skills

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

<br>Previous experience at supervisory level in a hotel/similar environment
<br>Previous experience of bar & food service
<br>Experience of Conference & Events operations is advantageous
<br>Previous experience of duty management is advantageous, although training will be provided
<br>Excellent communication skills both oral and written
<br>High standard of personal presentation
<br>High standard of customer care 
<br>Ability to deliver training to improve procedures and enhance customer service standards
<br>Ability to resolve issues and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
<br>Experience of Micros point of sale and system administration is advantageous
<br>Experience of health & safety, risk assessments, COSHH and PPE training is advantageous
<br>Personal liquor license holder and food hygiene certificate holder 
<br>Eligible to work in the UK with the ability to work 5 out of 7 shifts on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings and weekends 
<br>Flexibility is required to meet business needs and hours of work will also be dependant on this

Hours: 39+ hours per week - Hours of work will be based on business requirements and will include weekends

Salary/Hourly rate: £16,700 per annum (Depending on skills/experience)
