Some of the world's finest beef, lamb and game are naturally-reared and matured on the hills and pastures around the hotel. Shellfish and fish come from the clear waters around the Moray Firth and Hebridean ports, salmon and sea trout from Highland lochs and rivers. All produce is cooked with great flair, passion and imagination, to 1 AA Rosette standard.
Guests dine in the Oak Room, Garden Room and Conservatory. In the summer you can enjoy dining al fresco - in the wonderful gardens.
